Visa
All international visitors to India need a visa to enter the country. IIT Kanpur is an educational institution established and funded by the Central Govenment of India. Kindly refer to the following link http://mha1.nic.in/foreigDiv/FAQs.html for visa related queries.

Travel
How to reach Kanpur : Kindly go through the link below:
Travel pickups and drops from Amausi Airport (Lucknow) and Kanpur Railway Station can be arranged for all registered participants. Each registered participant will be provided instructions through email using which he/she can request for the travel as per his/her requirement. Travel charges are not part of registration fee.

Kindly follow the instructions and fill your travel and accommodation details (we have started sending travel and accommodation registration emails since Friday, 27 October 2017). Accommodation
Accommodation to all registered participants can be arranged in the Visitor's Hostel/Hall-13 of IIT Kanpur.
Each registered participant will be provided instructions through email using which he/she can request for the accommodation as per his/her requirement. Accommodation charges are not part of registration fee.
